![]() ![]() ![]() Can anyone offer any insight into what the average percentage of commission a person who handles all of the sales for PPS, ceramic coating, and window tinting makes that works for an ex belt dealership or an expel shop. This is not what was offered and I’m trying to gather some real numbers for a discussion i plan on having with the owner. my instinct went to 10% based on also making a $16 an hour wage. I am curious if anyone can offer me guidance on what an average percentage of commission the individuals who actually sells the PPF, ceramic coating, and window tinting jobs usually gets paid. I currently make a base hourly wage and a commission percentage on my sales. I currently work for an XL dealer in Idaho Falls Idaho. So, not to beat a dead horse but - if you had to suggest one product to a customer who really wanted to do a good job taking care of their tint. and im curious if it leaves a film thats hard to remove? I do notice that Plexus now lists tinted windows on their website. For consumers the instructions and 'best' options are all over the place.ġ) some say to use small amounts of baby soap and water - and to expect some level of film, residueĢ) some say stoners invisible is completely safe, some question the 'tint-safe' claims.ģ) some say the glass cleaners may be labeled tint safe because it has no ammonia, but it may contain stuff like acetone or other chemicals that break down the backing's bonds.ģ) Some say plexus is awesome - but this appears to sealants/wax's. I have also spent in excess of 24 hours reading various forums and film provider suggestions for cleaners. I own a LOT of products that I probably cant use (need to check ingredients) stuff like MEGS d120, mothers revision, sprayway. I do professional auto detailing so I already know about good products. This is my last post for today, sorry for spamming.
